i need to lose weight to get a girl i am a average type body person and i only eat fast food one a while or like one a month and its true eat home cooked food its better and its good to play those exercise games it makes u lose pounds by moving

okay guys i finished my 3 day no food just water , no easy task here the result i was 11 stone exactly now iam 10.4 stone , i fcking done it yahoo ! i was sick near the end of seond day , but half way threw the 3rd day i relized i lost 3 pounds in 6hours , tried eating today and relized my stomach shrank , one baked potatoe iam stuffed

im telling you right now that this workout he supposuvely did is not accurate i have lost about 29 pounds after eating a healthy meal and no sweets in 5 weeks by just going on jogs at most a mile long and then come home and do pushups and situps because when you start your workout with cardio routines if you are looking to lose body fat because your body is more prone to use fat calories
