		<description>&lt;b&gt;yeah I walked about ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; yeah I walked about 3 1/2 miles today and burned 300 calories. I think it is easier that way because when I run, I tend to stop exercising after I have run as far as I can which is embarrisingly only about a mile.</description>
