Looking for a supplement or pill, etc, to aid in fat loss and muscle building…?

Posted by: admin  /  Category: fat loss pill

Im not stupid enough to believe that fat-loss pills, appetite supressors, etc work truly effectively, but all I’m looking for is something to help me lose the very last of my belly fat and help me build more muscle just a tiny bit quicker…. but safely, i dont want strange and unwanted side-effects such as "anal seepage," can anyone help or recommend anything?

if you don’t undergo a rigorous training routine, rather than spending say 30 pounds on a dietary supplement, it’s best to just invest that in buying higher quality food such as leaner meats etc. For your daily diet. If however, you’re finding yourself feeling sore after hard training sessions, supplements may be for you. A simple whey protein will speed up recovery to aid muscle growth and allow you to train harder. Fat loss wise, don’t do anything too drastic to lose weight as you’ll simultaneously risk losing muscle mass at the same time. Losing muscle slows the body’s metabolism thus making fat even more difficult. A pound of muscle burns 50 calories per day. Don’t go by your weight either, remember that muscle mass is heavier than fat due to it’s greater density. So, although you may appear to be gaining, this is likely to be muscle rather than fat. Use body fat calipers instead as a judge of your fat burning goals.

Better off eating a well balance diet every day an watch you eat and be careful not to be deceived by some of these products they advertise on tv an ask your doctor first for an advise before you buy any of thes products and ask questions about possible side effects.

in the days before the market men said supplements were the only way to build muscles ,body builders of old used to eat a well balaced diet and drink milk ,water etc.and they lost fat and grew muscle.
save your money and eat a well balanced diet don’t be fooled by claims of the supplements companies they just want your money.
