i just started working out in the gym two weeks ago and was looking for something to aid my fat loss. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120217154082&ssPageName=MERC_VI_RCRX_Pr4_PcY_BIN_Stores_IT&refitem=120181017551&itemcount=4&refwidgetloc=active_view_item&usedrule1=CrossSell_LogicX&refwidgettype=cross_promot_widget&_trksid=p284.m184&_trkparms=algo%3DCRX%26its%3DS%252BI%252BSS%26itu%3DISS%252BUCI%252BSI%26otn%3D4

just go to ebay and search fat loss TFP. Its the first thing that shows up.
I don’t think its worth the risk.
You can aid your workout, by eating right. If you want to throw in something extra, try healthy chewy bars such as the Kellogg’s "90" calorie oatmeal and raisin bar for snacks and things.
if you are expecting fast results- don’t. nothing comes that easy or that free.
just keep at your exercising and true results will come in about a month, maybe a little less. And work at it. Don’t be another victim of side effects from unecessary pills.
